Return & Refund Policy of Jewels Box

REFUND POLICY

Jewel Box is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not satisfied with the purchase of a product, you can choose to return the order within 7 days of your purchase.

7 days return policy:

In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or otherwise, you can return the particular product in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Make sure the product is in its original packaging, along with the necessary documents such as invoices of the product to avail the refund. Our courier partner will collect the return/refund order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.

What are the requirements for availing refund policy?

This refund policy is applicable only if the product is shipped back to us within 7 days.

This facility is available only through jewelsbox.co and not through our stores in India.

This refund policy is not applicable for Customized Ornaments or Gift Vouchers/Gift Cards and Digital Gift Vouchers.

The original Bill/ Product Certificate are necessary while returning the product.

Procedure to place return/refund of a product:

Call us at +91 9026977275/+91 9026938457 or mail us at [email protected] to inform once the secured envelope is ready to dispatch and we will arrange for the pick up at your doorstep.

Please make sure that you do not provide open product packets to our representative who visits to collect your product.

Upon a quick quality check of the received product at our end, our Customer Care team would process the refund/exchange.

We are fully committed to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we give you the flexibility of further exchanging the jewelry piece selected by up to a certain period of time.

Please note that products purchased at Jewels Box online cannot be returned or exchanged at Jewel box showroom.

Are there any charges for shipping the product?

We provide one time FREE return shipping (within India) Return and Refund Policy. For all the subsequent returns under this policy, the shipping charges shall be borne by the Customer.

What if the product gets damaged?

The product should be in proper new condition while making the return. Any sort of damaged/ worn-out products will not be accepted under the Returns and Exchange Policy.

Conditions for the Policy:

Items that have been redesigned by third party jeweler, customized designs or pieces with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged.

The product should be original along with Original Product Certificate, Original Invoice and Bills. In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, we will send the product to the Lab for recertification before proceeding the Return/ Exchange under the Returns and Refund policy. The shipping cost and the cost of such certification shall be carried by the customer.

The policy is applicable for orders delivered within India only.

We understand you may have concerns about online shopping and delivery of your products. To ensure that your experience at Jewels Box is convenient and hassle-free, we have bonded with the reputed courier partners who deliver the product to your doorstep quick and safely.


We request our customers to crosscheck the package for any sort of damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt at the time of delivery, the recipient must provide genuine and valid photo ID proof to collect the returning product.

Quick View on RefundPolicy:

We shall process the refund once we receive the product in the same condition as it was delivered. The product must not be used. It must be in original packaging along with its original tags and invoice/bills, failing any of the aforementioned condition may cancel the exchange/refund.

Once the refund process has been started, the amount will be directly refunded to your account via the same mode through which the transaction was made or through cheque (amount would be refunded through cheque, only in cases where the debit/credit card used by customer while placing the order is not in use).

In case the customer pays online then amount will be refunded within 7-15 working days from the receipt of returned product(s) at our warehouse.
